Set right in the heart of historic Portsmouth within a short distance of the famous flagship, HMS Victory and Henry VIII’s doomed wooden hulled, Mary Rose, Gunwharf Quays is a spectacular buzzing hive of activity with old and new buildings rising like a vast ship’s funnel on the city skyline, whilst a few steps away the harbour beckons with its lapping waves and beautiful yachts and Navy vessels.

On its doorstep (literally) is the excellent shopping outlet, Gunwharf Quays with its comprehensive restaurants (Raymond Blanc & Jamie Oliver), bars, shops and clubs. With its superb communication network by sea, road or rail, Portsmouth is a vibrant city experiencing rapid yet controlled growth in retail, leisure and business.

Only a short distance away from France’s northern coast, the Channel Islands or indeed, London and its international airports, Portsmouth is just an hour and a half from the capital. Portsmouth Harbour station is within walking distance of Work, Rest & Stay apartments making commuting to London for business meetings simplicity itself.
