Our smart modern apartments are always centrally placed ready to take advantage of the attractions of some of our most vibrant cities. With more space than the average hotel room you have the freedom to move around and enjoy your time away from home.

We provide free wifi, flat screen televisions, great quality linens and towels, and a housekeeping service to suit your needs.

On site parking means no need to search for somewhere safe to leave the car. Most apartments have underground, gated, allocated parking bays as well as bike storage facilities.

Southampton

Our Southampton apartments are situated in the centre of the modern marina development, Ocean Village. Ocean Village is home to a range of lovely restaurants and bars, two cinemas, fantastic sailing facilities and incredible views. The apartments are a short walk into the town centre, which boasts excellent transport links and far more to see and do.

We are surrounded by numerous sites of historical interest and are a short walk to Mayflower Park, which allows you to get up close to the numerous cruise and cargo ships that arrive and depart from Southampton almost every day.

Portsmouth

Work Rest and Stay apartments are situated right in the heart of historic Portsmouth, in the modern development of Gunwharf Quays. On our doorstep (literally) is the Gunwharf Quays shopping outlet with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, shops and clubs.

Portsmouth has a superb communication network by sea, road or rail; Portsmouth Harbour and The Hard Interchange are just a short walk from us.

Our apartments are within a stone’s throw of the Historic Dockyard, which is home to HMS Victory and the Mary Rose, among other exciting attractions.

Housekeeping

All of our serviced apartments are cleaned from top to bottom and the linen changed on a weekly basis. If you need additional (or fewer) services then just ask us.

Entertainment and Media

Each apartment has fast, unlimited WiFi included in your nightly rate. When it’s time to relax, your apartment has a flat screen television with a large selection of Freeview channels.

Location

All of our apartments are in fantastic, central locations close to public transport links. In Portsmouth, you can find us in Gunwharf Quays, and in Southampton, we’re located in Ocean Village. Both are modern marine developments in the centre of their respective cities.
