What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is your home away from home. Offering you more space than a hotel, complete privacy, and the ease of coming and going as you please.

What facilities come with our serviced apartments?

All our luxury serviced apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, high-end white goods (washing machine, dishwasher, etc), top-of-the-range electronics, weekly cleaning, bed linen, and towels.

How much space will I get in a serviced apartment in comparison to a hotel room?

Our one- and two-bedroom apartments provide around two to three times the space, as well as separate bedrooms there is living space and a full kitchen.

What is the cost of a serviced apartment in comparison to a hotel room?

Serviced apartments work out as a much more cost-effective option than a hotel. While the price may be the same, you get a lot more space and privacy.

What is included in the cost?

All our services apartments include bed linen, towels, weekly cleaning, and all utilities including high-quality WIFI.

Are your serviced apartments accessible?

Yes, all our apartments have lifts, but please make us aware of your requirements before booking so we can recommend the best-serviced apartment for you.

Can I have guests over?

At home, you eat when you feel like it. Serviced apartments are the same. You can eat whenever you want, whether it is a light bite or a full meal. This flexibility makes it much easier to have family/friends visit and even business meetings. Overnight guests are limited to the number of beds available this depends on the size of the apartment and the number of beds required/requested.  We do not permit anyone to sleep on the floor or sofa. 

Can children stay?

Children are welcome, depending on the size of the apartment an additional fold-out bed can be arranged as well as travel cots, additional charges do apply.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, but please let us know upon booking. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

How do I book?

Is there a minimum length of stay?

The minimum stay is five days, there is no maximum.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm, check-out is before 11am. Please contact us to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs.

Can I store luggage before check-in?

Luggage can be left at your own risk.

Is parking included?

Unless agreed beforehand charges can apply

How do I check in and check out?

We operate a meet and greet, just let us know when you are arriving and leaving.

What if I have problems on arrival?

We offer 24-hour support should you have any issues.

Can I book additional services e.g. flowers in the apartment?

We can help you arrange a number of extras all at an additional cost.
